When you register your arrival at our facilities, we collect and process your personal data for visitor management and site security purposes — for example, to record who is on-site, ensure safety, and manage access to our premises.

We collect the following information through our visitor registration system:
- Name
- Company or organization
- Date and time of visit
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR — legitimate interests.
Our legitimate interest is to maintain security, manage visitor access, and protect people and property at our facilities.
4. Data Retention
We retain visitor information only as long as necessary for the stated purpose.
5. Data Sharing and Recipients
Your data may be shared with:
- Authorized ROEQ staff,
- IT service providers supporting our visitor system.
All such parties are bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements as required under Article 28 GDPR.
6. Data Transfers Outside the EU/EEA
We do not transfer visitor registration data outside the EU/EEA.
